What are the best user-oriented -- rather than market-oriented -- Android blogs?

Here is some context on the question and what I mean by user-oriented blog. I follow a number of Android blogs and get the impression that they are market-oriented, i.e. they focus on industry news, rumors and new model announcements. Although this is interesting, as an Android owner I prefer to learn how to use my device more effectively, rather than look for information to replace it with a new model. User-oriented blogs instead focus on application reviews, tips, tests, tutorials, etc.

I found another interesting user-oriented blog: Brightpoint GB Tech Blog blog.brightpointuk.co.uk Although it features general mobile coverage, it also includes useful Android tutorials and tips. See "Android" in the "ARTICLES & GUIDES" section of the left column. – Paolo Amoroso Nov 2 at 12:46
Droid Week, which is part of the Android and Me Network, is a new site publishing weekly reviews of applications and games: droidweek.com – Paolo Amoroso Nov 5 at 13:20
Some of the users I follow on Twitter started the Women With Droids blog, which focuses on usage and tips: womenwithdroids.com – Paolo Amoroso Feb 11 at 11:26

I write for AndroidGuys.com, so I guess I am biased, but I've been an avid reader well before I started submitting pieces to them. While they do run the market-oriented stuff, they have a lot of user-oriented stuff as well.

Another good one for your needs: Lifehacker's Android tag. There's a feed for it, too.

It's not a user-focused site, but I've just found Appboy thanks to an article in Mashable. It's a new social-type site that concentrates only on Apps and (as long as you remember to click on devices in the top right to get rid of those awful iPhone/Blackberry apps) it seems to be a good idea that's only going to get better (hopefully!)
