i was reading different post, look at the removing pre-install apps and it says that it is not safe to remove some of them. there is a comment that gives commands to move the pre-install apps to sd, is it safe to move them all to sd or are there some that have to stay on phone memory?

The command for copying the pre-installed apps to SD card is for backup purposes only. If you remove the apps necessary for the phone to function properly from internal memory, the phone may become unstable, even though you backed them up to SD Card.
